The GP Center loading dock is located on Peachtree Center Ave, between John Wesley Dobbs Ave and Ellis St. A common point of reference to locate the dock via GPS is 122 Peachtree Center Ave Atlanta, GA 30303.
The loading dock is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
STANDARD DELIVERIES AND CATERING:
- All vendors, caterers, and delivery personnel must use the loading dock to access the building. Please notify them of this policy in advance.
- Catering orders should be submitted to the VMS. Upon arrival, security will check them in and provide an access card to deliver to your floor via the freight elevator.
- Building personnel will not receive goods on behalf of a tenant.
- The loading dock is for active loading/unloading. There is a 15-minute parking limit at the loading dock during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
ABOVE-STANDARD DELIVERIES:
Deliveries for large items such as furniture, filing cabinets, and appliances are considered above-standard deliveries. All delivery companies must provide a current certificate of insurance (COI) before arrival.
- These deliveries can be made after 6:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, or all day Saturday and Sunday.
- Notice must be provided to management office two weeks before the delivery.
