Security plays an extremely important role in the overall operation of the building. Security helps protect the building against carelessness, negligence, malicious mischief, theft, safety hazards, sabotage and fire.

• After hours, officers will patrol the building including tenant floors. They are easily recognized as they are always dressed in uniform. Our security personnel act as a deterrent to the would-be criminal as well as enforce building regulations, maintain order, and are on alert for any unusual activities within the building.
• As a theft prevention measure, please notify the management office of the removal of any furniture, boxes, or office machines, either by a tenant or vendor.
• For any after-hours work in your suite, please provide the management office with a completed After-Hours Access Form.
